Paul is a Professional Geologist who has built and listed several junior mining companies in Canada and raised capital across Canadian markets. As a former senior listings manager at the Toronto Stock Exchange, he knows public-company disclosure and corporate governance closely. His early-career background in petroleum geology, where hydrogen-bearing systems work much like source, trap, and seal in oil and gas, informs Luma's approach. He is the Qualified Person for Luma under National Instrument 43-101 and is not independent.
