Who we are

Luma Hydrogen Corp. is a Nova Scotia focused, Atlantic-Canadian geological hydrogen exploration company. From a Halifax base, Luma is advancing one of the region’s largest geological hydrogen claim packages, with its flagship project in Nova Scotia and earlier-stage ground in Newfoundland and Labrador.

Luma is advancing exploration for both geological hydrogen and critical minerals (copper, nickel, cobalt, and chromite) across the same Atlantic Canada ground. Luma intends to list as a mining issuer on the TSX Venture Exchange or the Canadian Securities Exchange, supported by an independent technical report prepared under National Instrument 43-101. Luma is pre-discovery and has defined no resource or reserve; timing of any listing is forward-looking and not confirmed.

The plan

Advancing the flagship to drill-ready

Luma’s near-term focus is to advance its flagship Nova Scotia project to drill-ready status. The staged work programme moves from surface geochemistry to geophysics and toward an independent technical report prepared under National Instrument 43-101.

Drilling & listing (contemplated)

An independent technical report does not itself require drilling. Drilling, and a contemplated public listing, would follow, informed by the survey results.

Timing depends on financing, results, and market conditions, and is not confirmed.
How we work
Open communication

Luma intends to communicate openly as it advances, with quarterly updates and news releases for material results.

Engagement & consent

The company is committed to proactive, respectful engagement with Indigenous communities and local stakeholders, and to meeting Crown duty-to-consult obligations, before subsurface work begins.
